This is a talent-academy role, designed to develop high-potential people into future leaders at ADvendio with hands-on mentorship and a clear path to grow into broader ownership over time. We are looking for someone who can work directly alongside our CTO as an internal right hand taking ownership of day-to-day topics, running fast, self-directed research, and becoming the person internal teams turn to on the CTO s behalf. You ll gain broad exposure across every team in the technology organization. Responsibilities include:

● Assist in the planning, executing, and closing of projects under the CTO s purview, ensuring milestones are met and stakeholders are kept informed.
● Act as a key point of contact for CTO-related topics the person teams reach out to first, who picks up a thread, gathers the context, instructs themselves on the subject where needed, and brings it back to the CTO in clear, direct terms.
● Facilitate seamless coordination between different internal teams, including development, sales, and marketing, to ensure project success.
● Gain a thorough understanding of the ADvendio platform and of how the technology teams relate to one another, so you can navigate the organization and route topics to the right people.
● Analyze and process information and data to prepare strategic decision papers, reports, and recommendations.
● Follow-up of strategic initiatives, from concept development to decision-making and implementation.
● Handling internal and external communication on behalf of the CTO.
● Manage administrative tasks related to projects, including documentation, scheduling, and budget tracking, ensuring the CTO s initiatives are well-organized and on track.
● Participate in projects and initiatives related to the area.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
● Advanced level of English (In speaking, writing and reading).
● Drive, ownership, and the ability to learn fast.
● Fluent, habitual use of AI tools as a core competency — to learn quickly, extract and synthesize information, ask sharper questions when there is little time, and automate repetitive work. This is central to the role, not a nice-to-have.
● A solid grasp of, or a strong aptitude to quickly learn, software or advertising technology platforms, with the ability to learn and articulate product features and benefits.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the aptitude for building relationships with people across every internal team.
● Exceptional organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure projects are executed on time and budget.
